The social programme will include a gala dinner on the first night and events in Tabor (sightseeing - museum, treasure and underground)on the last day  days of the conference. Full details of the social program will be published closer to the beginning of the conference.

There will be opportunities for sightseeing tours around the region. The Czech Republic and South Bohemia have long and very interesting histories and there are a number of UNESCO sites and other interesting places to visit. For example of places that are worthy visiting, please refer to the following links: Ceske Budejovice, Hluboka chateau or Cesky Krumlov. It is the intention of the organising committee to provide free tours wherever possible, or to charge only a nominal fee, for example € 10 per person.
